The economic development of a country, province or canton depends on new business venture that contribute to the creation of new products or services that meet the needs of consumers and customers. This work has been developed with research data in the canton Marcabeli in the province of El Oro, in order to conduct a "feasibility project for the creation of a production micro iron baskets for individual purchases and marketing in the Marcabelí canton province of El Oro. The purpose of this research is to promote industry jobs and improve the economy of marcabelenses families. The study begins with the drafting of an Introduction, which includes a comparison of the historical component of the development of the activity to be performed, followed by the Literature Review that was conducted, which contains all the terms used in this project, then Materials and Methods used detailed as deductive, inductive, descriptive, analytical and scientific methods as well as techniques such as observation and questionnaire was the methodology used for the successful development of this project. Here are the results of the project were the same as those obtained through the formulation and implementation of 373 surveys to a sample of the population of Marcabelí presented. Further technical data providers including consultants were obtained; which served as a boon to the development stage of the project. Market Research in which the conditions of the Offer set was then performed, considering that no offering micro iron baskets for individual purchases in Canton, which would allow us to develop more opportunity our present project, the same way to know what the demand that for this market according to population segment of the population. This allowed determining the potential 2821 customers demand, real demand being 2027 customers and 1076 customers effective demand. With these data the projected unmet demand for 1076 customers were also calculated. Technical Study was designed to establish the necessary processes such as Product Engineering, Plant size at which the installed capacity to 2,004 units 100% iron baskets, likewise established capacity utilization which was predicted to the first year will be 80% considering it will be a new entry into the market every year increased 5% over its ability to reach 95% capacity, just as we determine the demand that is in the market, which is 1,076 units for the first year, and for the 5th year will have to produce 1536 units baskets iron, engineering project, the production process, in which the steps are as accomplished, the engineering was done plant, the location for which was determined after analyzing the place has the skills to carry out the production characteristics, the same as was found located in the province of El Oro, canton Marcabeli June 24 citadel street Angel Rogelio Ramirez and 16 April.
