Shrnutí:The rituals used in the healing of diseases of cultural affiliation, are a practice of native cultures throughout the world, consequently by the Saraguro ethnic group in Ecuador, are executed by people possessing wisdom and named differently; in this case Traditional Health Agents, by the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador. Those who use different ritual elements aligned to the Andean worldview, for healing purposes. The present investigation was carried out in the sections of the Qhapaq Ñan of Urdaneta-Saraguro. It had the objective of integrally identifying the ritual used for the recovery of health in the families that live in the Urdaneta parish. Descriptive and Qualitative-Quantitative Study, which was carried out in a sample of 66 heads of household to whom a survey and in-depth interview was applied, according to methodological need. It was determined that the sex of the head of the family is female, the age of 61 to 70 years; The economic activity is mostly agricultural. The main cultural illnesses found were, Cold, Air sickness, empacho, nerves, horror, evil eye, tabardillo. The healing rituals are clean, blown, passed from the egg. It was determined that rituality goes through the process of healing cultural diseases on a daily basis. Keywords: Knowledge-Ancestral; Ritual ceremony; Road-road-pre-Inca
