Sumario:This study has the propose to show the feasibility of marketing cell phones and accessories, in the canton Yantzaza province of Zamora Chinchipe, because these are a prime tool for all the people. It has the intention to market low, medium and high end cell phones, innovative and with affordable prices. In addition, to supporting this study, we used research methods and techniques, which were used to analyze all the information collected: and next to carry out a concrete study of the whole project, then the survey technique was taken into account, this survey was applied to people between 15 and 60 years of Yantzaza, with a sample of 270 surveys, and 6 surveys was applied to the phone providers in this canton. The market study analyzed the demand and the offer, to determine the reception that the product will have in the market. The results showed a potential demand of 9,918, a real demand of 6,745, an effective demand of 5,868 plaintiffs and an unsatisfied demand of 4,467, for the first year of the project's useful life. Then the technical study was carried out where the installed capacity was taken into account, which determined that the company will be able to market 4,020 cell phones and accessories, and the used capacity will be 3417 cell phones and accessories, which is equivalent to 85% of Installed capacity. In addition, the location, size, distribution of the plant, the project engineering, the organic - functional structure, the constitution, the organizational charts and the function manuals will be determined, and they will help us to implement a good organization. The financial study concluded that the project obtained an investment of $ 13,591.44, the 48% of the total investment corresponding to $ 6,591.44, it will be 5 financed by the partners, and the 52% corresponding to 7,000, 00, it will be financed through a loan with the bank BanEcuador, and it will have a time of 5 years and it will have the 11% annual interest. The financial evaluation indicators show positive and encouraging results to ensure a good return on the project where the Net Present Value (NPV) of 26,545.91 dollars, Internal Rate of Return (TIR) 63.96%, this value being satisfactory to carry out the project, The Capital Recovery Period (PRC) 1 year, 6 months and 11 days, Cost Benefit Ratio (RB / C) 1.16 dollars and in the sensitivity analysis increase in costs is 9.1% and the decrease incomes is of 8%, respectively, in other words the project is not sensitive to these changes. Subsequently, it was determined that the project can and should be implemented, for the creation of a marketing company of cell phones in the canton Yantzaza province of Zamora Chinchipe: since according to the results obtained in the analysis of supply, demand and financial indicators, they show that the project is feasible.
