Додати тег | Резюме: | The General Controllership of the State is a control organism focused directly to control the state resources designated to the different entities for the execution of works or acquisition of goods, which carries out it through audits so much internal as external. Which he/she is defined them as a systematic process and synthesized to obtain a true control, efficiency and execution in a more objective way through a process of summary of evidences matched with reports on economic activities and other events related with the state appointments whose end is guided in determining the grade of correspondence of the informative content with the evidences that gave him/her origin, as well as to settle down if this reports have been developed observing the established principles for the case. In our investigative work we will make stress on time to the exams of audits like true control means for that which the Contrary General of the State was created and to determine the possible flaws and existent vulnerabilities in the Decentralized different Autonomous Governments, indispensable in the engagement of the collective operation of the country and I get in the search of the good one to live.After having concluded with our investigative work it can settle down that the audit exams are necessary and fundamental for an institutional correct control, I object for which has the present investigative work mainly in the public different entities in the Autonomous Decentralized Governments of our country. We can say this way that the General Controllership of the State is extremely an organism of control, with all the ones exposed I allow to show up the following reformation proposal to the Organic Law of the General Controllership of the State guided to the creation of an organism rector and veedor of the realization of the audit exams. |
