Esta iniciativa de emprendimiento va dirigido para aquellas personas que generan un ingreso económico, es decir, a la población económicamente activa. En la elaboración del presente proyecto se utilizó metodologías y técnicas que fueron útiles para determinar la muestra o número de encuestas a aplicar en la parroquia, las mismas que fueron 377. Además se realizó un estudio de mercado donde, el total de la población es de 6.654 personas de las cuales se determinó una demanda potencial de 2302 personas de ahí partimos para determinar la demanda real dándonos un total de 2003 habitantes y una demanda efectiva de 1.722 personas permitiéndonos determinar una demanda insatisfecha 152.135 kilos de ropa. En el estudio técnico se determinó el tamaño del proyecto donde la empresa tendrá la capacidad instalada de 24.192 kilos de ropa, e iniciará sus actividades con una capacidad utilizada de 16.934 kilos trabajando 8 horas diarias por 252 días laborables, su localización será en las calles 3 Diego de Vaca entre 24 de Mayo y Pio Jaramillo y su distribución estará realizada en un espacio de 56m2. Dentro del estudio legal administrativo se planteó que la empresa operará bajo la modalidad de persona natural como Cleaning Clothes y formado por un personal que está integrado por un gerente, contadora y operaría. Dentro del estudio económico se determinó que la inversión inicial será de $ 8.770,24, inversión que abarca activos fijos, activos diferidos y capital de trabajo. También se plantea el presupuesto para los 5 años de vida útil, el punto de equilibrio de la empresa será de $ 29.692,21 para no tener ni perdidas ni ganancias. Una vez determinado el estudio económico tenemos la evaluación financiera como: el flujo de caja, el VAN el mismo que nos da a conocer que nuestra empresa tendrá un valor de $30.061,45 al finalizar los 5 años de vida útil.
