| Резюме: | The present work on Curricular Integration entitled "Implementation of different forms of work for individuals deprived of liberty in the Social Rehabilitation Center of Loja in the improvement of their social reintegration and in this way contribute to the decrease in public spending" is based on the development of different work activities and their importance in improving the rehabilitation of individuals deprived of liberty. Considering that social rehabilitation is fundamental, it can be achieved through different forms of work that help develop the necessary skills, abilities, capacities, and knowledge for their execution. By keeping individuals deprived of liberty in constant productive activity, it could contribute to their progress in rehabilitating and subsequently reintegrating into society and the workforce. This, in turn, could contribute to the reduction of public spending, specifically the budget that the State allocates to the Social Rehabilitation Center of Loja, as the existence of various forms of work performed by individuals deprived of liberty could minimize or reduce some necessary personal and collective resources. Drawing on the aforementioned points, I have conducted a comprehensive analysis of the history of penitentiaries, social rehabilitation, social and occupational reintegration, and penitentiary work, with a particular focus on their most notable contexts. In the present research work, various methods were applied, including inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, exegetical, statistical, and comparative. Additionally, instruments such as surveys and interviews were utilized. The results obtained through these techniques allowed for the proposal of a reform project to the Regulations of the Social Rehabilitation System, which includes a new section containing an article that determines the various forms of work. |
