Summary:In the present thesis entitled: “THE WORKER'S REPEATED AND UNEXCUSED ABSENCES, IN A PERIOD GREATER THAN TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS OR NOT, WITHIN THE SAME IT LEADS TO TERMINATE THE PRIOR WORK CONTRACT SEEN GOOD”; In that the lack of commitment of the worker, can generate serious economic losses to the employer for the non-attendance of the worker to his work without just cause for three consecutive days, as provided by law, this provision is a limitation that violates the rights of the employer , facing the production need of the company or business. This problem has been verified through the development of the literature review section, application of survey and interview techniques, objective verification and hypothesis testing, in which the existence of the problem raised was concluded; and the feasibility of making a proposal to reform the Labor Code; where it is stipulated that with two unjustified absences of the worker these are consecutive or not during the same month, it empowers the employer so that in use of the approval it can separate from the institution the workforce that has harmed the economy of the worker without just cause .
