Summary:Called research "PROCESS OF NURSING CARE APPLIED TO THE 3rd YEAR OF PARALLEL BASIC EDUCATION CHILDREN SCHOOL HEALTH MARÍA JULIO MATOVELLE MIXED TAX SCHOOL", as part of the macro "PROCESS OF CARE OF ENFERMEIIA WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSING SCHOOL TOWARD THE GOOD LIFE", has as main objective apply the process of nursing care on the basis of Margory Gordon functional patterns and interrelation NANDA IAS-NOC.; the study is framed in the field of research action through a descriptive study, in a sample 34 children from the 3rd year "a"; information was obtained through a home visit in which it applied two techniques: observation of the family environment of the school and the interview the parents or guardians of the child and the child, whose instrument was a guide, in which comprised 11 Marjory Gordon patterns. As results were altered following patterns: pattern 1: perception health management indicators "presence of intradomiciliarios animals and self-medication; Pattern 2: metabolic nutrition specifically caries dental; Pattern 9: reproductive Sexual whose altered indicator is missing from home on sexuality education. And finally the 10 pattern: adaptation and tolerance to stress which affected indicator is the child's behavior. Key words: Nursing Care Process, school.
