| Sumario: | Currently, digital resources are important in the classroom because they guarantee interest and motivation, being a key point for student learning within the educational process. For this reason, this research diagnosed the use of digital educational resources of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador by teachers of the “Unidad Educativa Fiscal Tcrn. Lauro Guerrero”. In order to satisfy the digital competencies established in the skills with performance criteria and evaluation indicators of the prioritized curriculum of the middle level of basic general education in the school year 2023 - 2024. We used the deductive method, with a quantitative approach, descriptive type, and cross-sectional design. The target population was composed of 12 teachers of the institution, the research instrument was a structured questionnaire and applied through the survey technique. A theoretical exploration was carried out, identifying the digital competencies established in the skills with performance criteria and evaluation indicators of the prioritized curriculum, showing 59 elements, 33 for the skills and 26 for the indicators. Likewise, it was possible to explore the digital educational resources of the institutional repository of the Ministry of Education of Ecuador, with a total of 7 resources: Knowing: Living beings and their environment, Knowing: Matter and energy, Multiplication up to four digits, Addition and subtraction of decimal numbers, Song “I am looking for you”, Song “Urpigu” and “Watercolors” by Manuel Felix Garcia. Finally, it was described that the 7 surveyed resources presented a minimum frequency on the scale of always. On the other hand, 6 resources share on a maximum frequency the scale of never and the digital educational resource song “Urpigu” presents the scale of almost always.
