Gaia:The present work had as objective to evaluate the effect of the co-inoculation of the rhizospheric bacteria on the morphological parameters, biomass and agricultural yield in the INIAP 182 "Almendral" maize crop. The research was carried out in three stages, the first in the Biotechnology laboratory of the National University of Loja, where the isolation of the rhizospheric bacteria was carried out, determining its effect on maize seedlings, through the production of indole acetic acid (AIA) While none of the strains evaluated were able to solubilize inorganic phosphorus; The second stage under controlled conditions was developed in the greenhouse of the Center for Biotechnology, the Molinos sector of the Experimental Teaching Station "La Argelia" belonging to the UNL, where the co-inoculation of the isolates with production capacity of (AIA ) In the laboratory; And the third stage was completed in the Bocana of La Victoria parish of the Macara canton, belonging to the province of Loja, where the best isolates resulting from the greenhouse test, T1 (Fertilization), T2 (Control) , T3 (Co116-Sphingomonas panni), T4 (T9-Rhizobium tropici), T5 (Cas3-Azotobacter vinelandii), T6 (T9 + Cas3-R. tropici + A. vinelandii) and T7 (T9 + Co116-R. tropici + S. panni); (T9-Rhizobium tropici), T4 (Cas3-Azotobacter vinelandii), and T5 (R. trpoici + A. vinelandii) were used for the treatment of the best isolates obtained in the greenhouse, T1 (Fertilization), T2 (Control) T3 (A. Vinelandii), T4(R. tropici) and T5 (T9 + Cas3-R. tropici + A. vinelandii). In the evaluations of the morphological parameters, plant height, leaf number and stem diameter at 15, 30, 60 and 90 days after sowing (DDS), biomass parameters (PFF, PFR, PSF, and PSR) And agricultural yield in the field, the best results were obtained with the T5 treatment (R. tropici + A. vinelandii) in both trials.
