Streszczenie:To carry out this research work, the sanitary landfill of the municipality of Loja has been taken as a case study, based on a study carried out on the workers of the sanitary landfill in order to determine certain psychosocial risks and how these can influence their job performance. Work, in addition to being an economic activity, represents a space for the development and development of the worker, which allows him to apply his skills, obtain a remunerated income and make contributions for the benefit of society. Human labor rights recognize the person as the sole universal holder, with respect for their human dignity and satisfying their basic needs in the workplace. The present investigation "Psychosocial Risks in the Work Performance of the workers in the cell of final disposal or sanitary landfill of the Municipality of Loja" stated as a general objective to determine the influence of psychosocial risks on the job performance of landfill workers health and how it affects the development of their tasks, to propose an alternative change; The same was achieved through the specific objectives in which the main psychosocial risks and the effects on the job performance of the landfill workers were identified; determine the work performance of landfill workers through their evaluation, and finally design a proposal for social intervention that focuses on reducing the presence of psychosocial occupational risks, based on the results obtained. This research proposed to improve the occupational well-being of the workers in the sanitary landfill, identifying the psychosocial occupational risks that are present and that harm their job performance. The present study had the participation of 50 workers from part of the sanitary landfill and for the development of the investigative work, the scientific method that contributed with 5 rigor and relevance to collect information was used, allowing the results obtained to be true and thus determining the nature of the object. study, the exploratory method was also used, through which an overview of a certain reality could be obtained and the different working conditions of the sanitary landfill workers could be explored, on the other hand, the inductive method, through which He was able to know particular aspects of the workers and thus respond to the objectives set, on the other hand, the deductive method allowed to know in general the theoretical aspects of the research categories in order to contrast it with the reality that the landfill workers live. Sanitary. Through this process, true results have been obtained in the analysis of the problems that are incurred against the occupational safety and well-being of the sanitary landfill workers, thus identifying the imminent risks to which they are exposed. These risks are linked to stress, burnout and double presence as an impact of the characteristics of the job, even being exposed to health risks arising from the performance of their work. The purpose of the research was to generate a proposal for social intervention to mitigate the consequences of psychosocial risks on job performance and to develop the potential of workers, in order to improve their quality of performance and job well-being in the work they do daily.
