Resumo:In this project belongs to grade design and construction of a prototype oil extraction machine for the production of biodiesel, which was created for this biofuel quickly and concrete. The prototype design was guided all the standards needed for the production of biodiesel, this machine is broken processes enter the fuel for the first part consists of a huller which peel and pulp left free, the second part consists of an extruder which is in charge of ground and squeeze the pulp to a temperature suitable for the process and finally the third part consists of a mixer which will help raise the additives with the oil at a certain speed for this process, each process in determining the appropriate parameters for the selection of the mechanisms that lead to secure biofuels. Once selected the mechanisms and designed the prototype we continued the construction of it taking into account the parameters for mechanical design, the operating cycle of the machine unifies the process leading to obtaining biodiesel. The fuel obtained by the prototype machine has a good degree of PH and minutes for the consumption of diesel-operated machines, by making it competitive in the fuel market.
