| Samenvatting: | The present investigation is product of the systematic observation in the Fiscal Garden of Infants "José Miguel García Moreno" of the city of Loja, the same that consists on studying the effects that it produces the education lack with gender justness in the children and girls that are educated in this Establishment. For the study took into account the total of the population of the year 2008 - 2009, this is 131 children and girls, distributed in 7 parallel. It was detected that in their majority they suffered several forms of gender discrimination, as well as gender violence, so much physical as verbal. But a curious fact was also detected, opposed to the enunciated hypothesis that the girls had bigger self-esteem that the children in this relationship of gender inequity, as noticing that the phenomenon of the machismo finally, hits more to the men than to the women. As fundamental methodological strategy it was used the direct observation of children and girls, so much in open spaces as closed and in their different activities whose facts and anecdotes were carefully registered and then attentively analyzed. Also, for the study of the self-esteem we use a test, type interviews, considering the age and the level of understanding of the investigate In the field investigation they were detected, as effects of the education lack with justness of gender several live of that make or the children and girls express like faithful guardian of the list assigned by the society to each sex. The study of this problem, in general form, takes us to conclude that: • The effects of the gender discrimination don't only impact to the women but also to the men, due to the degrading stigmatization when carries out a list that "it doesn't belong to their gender". In this age, to the beginning of their programmed socialization, children and girls are loaded with barriers and cultural prejudices that will impact in their mature personality, and the discrimination brakes the development of culturally assigned abilities more for the men that for the women and vice versa.• The physical or verbal violence against the girls or the children, the devaluation that you/they are victims, is not only a personal problem but a sociocultural problem. • The girls in age prescholar have already experienced, although slightly, the effects of the gender discrimination, and I eat defense they also use to the machismo and their biggest verbal ability to attack the children, and they are these, in the relationship of self-esteem, those that end up being affected more than the girls. When determining these problems with the field investigation an alternative proposal it is presented to help to the solution of the same ones. Proposal that it consists on the design of curricular limits with gender justness, following the Systematic Pattern of the Curricular Development, so that it is worked experimentally in a later investigation. |
