Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa productora y comercializadora de sachet de albahaca en la ciudad de Nueva Loja, cantón Lago Agrio de la provincia de Sucumbíos para el año 2017

The present research work prior to obtaining a thesis is focused on carrying out a ―PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACION DE UNA MICRO EMPRESA PRODUCTORA Y COMERCILIZADORA DE SACHET DE ALBAHACA EN LA CUIDAD DE NUEVA LOJA, CANTON LAGO AGRIO DE LA PROVINCIA DE SUCUMBIOS‖ with the purpose of satisfying the needs and the expectations that the consumers demand with a natural product created a base of the leaves of a plant of the Amazon, as is the basil. For the implementation of the project and the fulfillment of the proposed objectives, methods and techniques are used to obtain the necessary information for the development of the project, within the techniques the survey is used, with a sample of 377 surveys for the applicants, And 25 surveys for the suppliers of aromatic herbal tea between commissariats and supermarkets. The development of this project was also based on the following studies: Market, technical, administrative, economic, financial and environmental assessment, which is detailed below. For the market study was used, according to the INEC of 2010 the account with a population of 57,727, which for purposes of calculation of the population for the base as the number of members per family as the child 4, with which we obtained 14,432 families, with a population growth of 4.10% that is possible until now a total of 19,120 families, according to the INEC of 2010, data that was projected for ten years, after the tabulation of the surveys determined the various demands, such as Cash that had 1.278.789 basil tea boxes of 25 units in the first year, being the users who will buy the product to the new company, as unmet annual demand 1.206.039 basil tea boxes of 25 units. In the case of the supply there are no companies that produce and market basil tea in the city of Nueva Loja, data for the market study were obtained products with similar characteristics as aromatic herbal tea. As for the technical study the company has an installed capacity of 152,064 basil tea trays and will work with a capacity of 70% in the first year, from the second year in a 95% until the end of the useful life of the project, the location Of the company was determined by the macro localization and micro localization, therefore, was located in the neighborhood the Garden of the city of Nueva Loja, canton Lago Agrio , Province of Sucumbíos, because it has all the necessary requirements for its operation. As for the administrative and legal study, the corporate name of the company will be Aromáticas Nueva Loja, its constitution is a corporation, the organization charts and manual of functions for the development of the activities by each of the workers. The financial study of the total investment of the project is USD $ 82.675,68 from the United States of America, will have 51,62% of equity and 48,38% of foreign capital, financed with the Ban Ecuador, with an interest rate of 11.00% per year. Within the financial evaluation it was determined that the project is feasible according to the economic indexes as child: Net present value USD $ 65.355,42 United States dollars, internal rate of return 27,63%, cost benefit ratio, For every dollar invested I will get a profit of USD $ 1.19 US cents, capital recovery period, 3 years, 3 months, 14 days, therefore if the project is acceptable, And a decrease in revenues of 3,20% gives us 0.99, which is less than, therefore, the project is not sensitive to the changes that are generated. The environmental study will take into consideration the pertinent measures to avoid damages to our environment; we also analyzed the social area where to promote the socio-economic development of the city through the generation of employment sources.
