The carried out calculations understood the selection calculation and verification of the hydraulic cylinder, the calculation of the hydraulic press, the selection of the hose for the hydraulic circuit, the calculation of confirmation of the advance screw, the calculation of the flange of subjection of the cylinder, the verification of the elements of the threaded union, the calculation of the subjection axes, the calculation of the body of the press, the welding calculation in the body of the press and the determination of the longitude of the crank of the screw. For the realization of the calculations, he/she has been carried out a correct use of charts, catalogs and norms of steels for the correct design of the different elements that you/they conform our machine. |

El sistema hidráulico está formado por una bomba manual de doble efecto que acciona el cilindro hidráulico, de doble efecto, capaz de aplicar esfuerzos de hasta 60 toneladas. Los cálculos realizados comprendieron el cálculo de selección y verificación del cilindro hidráulico, el cálculo de la prensa hidráulica, la selección de la manguera para el circuito hidráulico, el cálculo de comprobación del tornillo de avance , el cálculo de la brida de sujeción del cilindro, la verificación de los elementos de la unión roscada, el cálculo de los ejes de sujeción, el cálculo del cuerpo de la prensa, el cálculo de soldadura en el cuerpo de la prensa y la determinación de la longitud de la manivela del tornillo.
