Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This research is called diabetic foot related to the emotional state in area patients Isidro Ayora Hospital Clinic de Loja aimed at determining the relationship between emotional state and area patients Isidro Ayora Hospital clinic suffering from diabetic Foot, therefore I have the problem of theoretically grounded emotions in diabetic patients and its relationship to the diabetic foot as well as the characteristics of emotional disturbances in diabetes characteristics were also evaluated finally designing an educational guide for managing negative emotions identified in patients. In this perspective a comprehensive literature review, in which various conceptualizations and approaches to the problem under study, such as features, risk factors and classification of diabetic foot, emotions, emotional disorders, emotional world of the diabetic patient was encountered , depression and diabetes. Materials and methods, which allowed for field research, such as presented in the methodology, being a descriptive research, using scientific, historical, logical, analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive and statistical methods were used. An essential part of this thesis was the application of psychological instruments - test, patients Clinic Area Hospital Isidro Ayora it possible to determine the emotional state, and the depression scale of the persons subject to this investigation. Checking level and the conclusions that the diabetic foot impact not only in the biological or physical health but also the emotional state, originándoles disturbances such as fear, depression, anxiety, sadness, emotional stress, among others, greatly transcending the deterioration of their quality of life, hence the importance of this and other research that tend to sensitize the effects of diabetes on the emotional aspect.
