| Crynodeb: | Socialization is the ability of people to relate to others, it is important in children because it serves as the basis for the formation of the personality, subsequent to the implementation of the pre-test determined that there is little frequency in the socialization of children, that is why it is conducted this investigative work called: COOPERATIVE GAMES AS A DIDACTIC STRATEGY TO STRENGTHEN THE SOCIALIZATION OF CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS OF AGE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL ALONSO DE MERCADILLO, OF THE CITY OF LOJA, ACADEMIC PERIOD 2018-2019; which has as a general objective to determine how cooperative games influence the socialization of children from 4 to 5 years of age at Escuela de Educación Básica Alonso de Mercadillo in the city of Loja; in the development of it the following methods: scientific, inductive, deductive, descriptive and synthetic analytical; this research work was approached from a type of descriptive and correlational study, with a mixed approach that is quantitativequalitative; the techniques and instruments used were: the survey applied to the 4 initial level teachers and a social skills scale (Lacunza et al., 2009) applied to 18 children, which constitute the selected sample to investigate; the application of the scale determined that 18% of children frequently manifest these skills; after designing and executing the “Gincanas Cooperatives” proposal, there is a significant increase reaching 71%; given the substantial increase in social skills, it is concluded that cooperative play favors socialization among children of this level; this finding invites to include this type of games in microcurricular planning as it improves coexistence between peers. |
