Sumari:This research aims to implement a psycho-educational guide to improve interpersonal relationships in students of the tenth parallel year A, of the Manuel Cabrera Lozano Educational Unit, 2019-2020, to achieve this purpose, was carried out through a descriptive type study, of cross-sectional and quasi-experimental design; the following methods were used as the scientist, inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, historical and statistical through the Pearson coefficient (r); in addition, the questionnaire was applied to the assessment of difficulties in adolescence to a population of 20 students. With the implementation of the proposal, positive results were achieved, clouding that the interpersonal relationships of the students investigated were significantly improved and it is recommended that it be applied in different school years to improve relationships between peers.
