Özet:Free fairs are a traditional marketing channel that supplies essential products to the population and benefits both fair vendors and users through purchase and sale. The project's main objective was to "determine the satisfaction of the users of the free fairs of the city of Loja", through Hayes' methodology, to know the level of satisfaction. Through the results obtained to elaborate an improvement plan, the approach of the quantitative and qualitative research allowed the collection, analysis, and identify with precision the patterns of satisfaction of the users of the free fairs of the city of Loja, The research approach was quantitative and qualitative, which made it possible to collect, analyze and precisely identify patterns of user satisfaction at the free fair, with an exploratory and descriptive type of research, using instruments such as questionnaires, surveys, and interviews, as well as techniques such as direct observation, documentary review and focus group. The results show that the population agrees with 26 indicators of the 35 proposed indicators, providing satisfaction in terms of variety, quality, presentation, freedom to choose products, prices, social environment, location, and customer service, in the same way, certain aspects do not meet these standards of satisfaction for users such as 7 aspects in disagreement in terms of management, presentation, and conservation of products, presentation of the fairground and circulation terms, In the same way, certain aspects do not meet these standards of user satisfaction, such as 7 aspects of disagreement in terms of management, presentation, and conservation of products, presentation of the fairground and terms of circulation, providing a proposal with activities that could help improve the user experience and satisfaction, qualifying the free fairs as a "good" traditional marketing channel.
