Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | This thesis work entitled, “ACCOUNTING ORGANIZATION AND APPLICATION OF FINANCIAL INDICATORS IN THE“ AGRO NOVA ”WAREHOUSE IN THE CITY OF ALAMOR PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1 TO JUNE 30, 2020, was developed with the purpose of organizing an accounting process that allows to know the development of the warehouse which is dedicated to the purchase and sale of agricultural and veterinary products, in order for the owner to know the economic - financial situation in a period analyzed, it was carried out according to the proposed objectives, which He helped develop the accounting process to obtain the financial statements and finally with the application of indicators. The specific objectives set were met, the first objective is to carry out the accounting process of the economic activities in the agricultural warehouse "AGRO NOVA", in relation to the provisions of the current legal regulations and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. proceeded by collecting supporting documents that allowed organizing the information to raise the initial inventory, initial situation status, memorandum of operations, journal book, general ledger, sales assistants, payment roles, and trial balance, it was determined the financial statements that reflect the economic situation of the business, in order to serve as financial guidance instruments for the owner of the warehouse, the second objective is to design the main accounting and auxiliary records to outline and control the transactions and financial movements that are generated As a result of the activities carried out, the which serve to summarize the information that will be presented in the annexes as support of the accounting practice, the third objective is to apply financial indicators such as liquidity, solvency, indebtedness and profitability, to know the economic situation that leads to correct decision-making , based on the commercial activities of the business, and therefore propose solutions that contribute to improving the financial management of the warehouse. With the results obtained after having completed the thesis work, it is established that through the accounting organization, it allows the owner to know the economic and financial reality of the business, which will help to make timely decisions, so it is recommended that its owner take into account account the accounting organization that allows you to optimize your resources. |
