Résumé:The thesis entitled: "INSERTION OF WOMEN IN SPORTS JOURNALISM COMMUNICATIONAL Lojano A CHALLENGE TO ACHIEVE GENDER EQUALITY AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON sociocultural context." May-October 2014. PROPOSED ALTERNATIVE" was developed, studied and analyzed in order to know the participation of women in sports communication in the town. The role of women in sports journalism has been a gradual process; factors such as opportunities, wages, time, dedication and skills, influence to achieve their links, this according to data obtained from the investigation. Therefore this thesis is aimed to help the media intrude women in this area. Scientific, inductive, deductive, quantitative methods are used; plus techniques and instruments. The survey was applied to citizens of the 6 urban parishes of Loja: Sagrario, El Valle, Sucre, San Sebastian, prick and Carigan; while interviews with directors of sports programs. In the proposal, life is given to a radio, innovative, with the sole voice of women journalists who like the sports area program. Along with a motivational speech that will be dedicated to the ladies of the race of Social Communication of the National University of Loja.
