This paper discusses the importance of a specific branch of law whose object of study are sporting events, raising the need for treatment in Higher Education of Ecuador, showing that the theme of sport, like many others in Ecuador, is an event legal, or at least, a fact that should be addressed by the law. The purpose of this paper is to prove the Sports Law and the necessity of thinking in this area of law, analyzing the relationships between sports as a social phenomenon with the different branches of law. This research is documentary of proactive legal and dogmatic character. The techniques used were preparing bibliographic records and consultation documents related to the topic. The method used was the historical - comparative method, systematic as well as induction and deduction. To enable the proposed research, a general and four specific objectives, which tend to establish the importance of sports law and sports in general in the daily lives of citizens, and recognize Ecuadorian universities have been concerned raised topic as well as proposing the establishment of the Sports Law course within the curricula of law Degree in Higher Education institutions. Just as a hypothesis to be cleared at the end of work and that is the basis for our proposal conclusive, and that has to do with the need to treat the Sports Law in the formation of our future professionals of law was raised. To support my work was first necessary to collect the bibliography of some authors, magazine articles, newspapers, specialist publications on the subject, all of which I organized into three conceptual frameworks such as the historical, doctrinal and legal, which I give full knowledge about the matter, allowing subsequently perform field research . The conceptual framework provides historical reference information on sports, higher education, law and sports law, trying to go this knowledge entering both the author and the reader to the topic at hand. In the doctrinal framework, I gather the views of recognized authors and institutions studying very carefully the issue of law and its relationship with the sport and raid the Sports Law expressed within higher education at local and global levels, including some very important criteria for legal sports training data for our final proposal. In the legal framework we deal deliver what relates to written standards, both domestic and foreign, doing compared with that in other countries study, including literature on sports law has been published and are implementing Sites, trying to get this information can serve as a basis for their own legislation. All this theory subsequently led us to conduct field work, raising six interviews to sports leaders who are leading institutions involved in this activity in the amateur and professional branches, in order to know their point of view according to experience as such. Also thirty surveys, applied to different Lawyers in free practice and students elevenths modules of the School of Law of the National University of Loja in order to meet their aspirations as professionals and future professionals of law raised, highlighting the fact specialization and incentive to follow it. In the information processing tabular and proceeded to distribute the results of statistical tables that allow clearly visualize them then plot them according to the percentages. The methods used were: scientific method, which was applied to develop the bibliographic and documentary research logically formulated in the project, and achieve general, doctrinal and legal study of sports law, as well as the analysis and synthesis of information to reach conclusions and recommendations. The inductive method is based on a study carried out examples of international higher education institutions such as the Catholic University of Argentina, Uruguay State University, the National University of Asuncion in Paraguay, Brazil Paulista University, Tulane University United States, the University of Melbourne in Australia, the Nottingham Trent University in England, among others, the results of the analysis then allowed basing conclusions. The deductive method, then used it to determine the findings raise the recommendations. The analytical method , whereby the analysis and comparison of documentary information on the results of field research and the synthetic method, which allowed us to establish the synthesis of the results to reach conclusions processing was performed and subsequently establish recommendations. Finally, we suggest our proposal, legally grounded and based on the needs we have identified through research work, in response to a problem that I consider of significant importance, as is the fact of not having a course that will allow the country to have short or medium term comprehensive legislation in this field, and the range of opportunities open to our future lawyers, with treatment of the Chair of the Sports Law, according to modern times and on par with most developed countries, for which included a model syllabus for the subject of sports law, structured according to the reality of the country and consistent with international sports law, to which we should submit as part of the multiple institutions of which we are affiliated . This paper puts particular account of the authorities of the Higher Education Centers Ecuador, as an innovative contribution, proposing offering chairs line with the constant evolution of our country in all fields.
