Diseño de un Manual de Procedimientos Administrativos, Contables y Tributarios para la Cooperativa de Transporte Urbanos “24 de Mayo” de la Ciudad de Loja, Periodo 2022

This Curricular Integration Work called "DESIGN OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE, ACCOUNTING AND TAX PROCEDURES MANUAL FOR THE "24 DE MAYO" URBAN TRANSPORTATION COOPERATIVE FOR PERIOD 2022, is focused on examining the administrative, accounting and tax area of the cooperative, in order to facilitate the proper development of the functions, activities, records and control that are handled daily. For the development of the first objective, an interview was specifically conducted with the manager and accountant of the Cooperative, to determine the current situation in the administrative, accounting and tax areas, and to determine how the procedures manual could facilitate their daily work to promote their efficiency and effectiveness. For the execution of the second objective on the administrative procedure, the functions of each one of the officials and workers of the "24 de Mayo" Urban Transportation Cooperative were integrated according to their hierarchy and the legal norms in force. The third objective was focused on the implementation of an accounting and tax procedures manual where policies and procedures were established to guide the accountant to better record the accounting accounts and to comply with the presentation of tax obligations in the time established by the Internal Revenue System. Finally, the following conclusion was reached: the manual of administrative, accounting and tax procedures is a fundamental tool that allows the cooperative's officers and employees to know in a clear and orderly manner each of the activities they perform daily in the entity.
