Propuesta de un plan estratégico para la empresa “Mk asesores contables”, de la ciudad de Nueva Loja, provincia de Sucumbíos

This research work has as its overall goal, DEVELOPING A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE COMPANY "MK ACCOUNTING ADVISERS" CITY OF NEW Loja, Sucumbíos province, the same that will achieve competitive advantage in the competition for the city of Nueva Loja, Sucumbíos province. To achieve the stated objectives, it was necessary to use the administrative tools learned during the student training, which allowed for the business assessment. Then the external analysis through the PEST analysis and Porter's 5 Forces, yielding opportunities and threats, which allowed determining the EFE matrix, obtaining an indicator of 2, 99. Format was designed surveys and interviews, which allowed them to obtain results of the owner-manager, internal and external customers of the company, for which polled 178 external customers, strengths and weaknesses are determined to determine IFE Matrix, throwing an indicator of 2.70. With these results the SWOT matrix and subsequently high-impact matrix was developed, which allowed discovering the following strategic objectives: • Expand the coverage of services MK Consulting provides accounting • Establish the company as company accounting MK Consultants • Increase customer base and loyalty to the company MK accounting advisers. • Expand the range of services the company MK accounting advisers. To implement the proposed Strategic Business Plan, it requires an investment of $ 8655.00 American Dollars, to enhance the current situation of the company MK accounting Advisers. Business Owner "MK accounting Advisers" suggested, the proposal raised Strategic Plan is implemented, since it has been developed based on the actual and timely information obtained in this investigation.
