| Özet: | The objective of this research is to propose an Administrative Management Model for the Guerrero Canton Catamayo Distributor, Province of Loja, Period 2016. ", which serves as a support tool to raise efficiency levels in the performance of management tasks and Of the personnel, allowing to achieve the business objectives and the administrative efficiency. During the development of the research was used the scientific, deductive and inductive methods that allowed to lead the search of knowledge about the object of the investigation. The applied research techniques were the direct observation, which was done to the Guerrero Distribuidora to know its structure and activities, the interview was made to the Manager of the company and the survey was applied to the personnel working in it. In Outcomes, the situational diagnosis was elaborated, in which the data of the Guerrero Distribuidora is compiled, in order to develop the analysis of the internal situation, an interview was conducted with the Manager and a survey of the personnel working in the Distributor. In order to collect the information, a form was elaborated that includes 21 questions for the interview to the Manager and that are related to the administrative process, that is to say, the planning, organization, direction and control; And a survey with 19 questions that was applied to the six employees of the Distributor, information that allowed to determine the internal situational analysis of the company. Among the findings found it can be mentioned within the planning that there is no unit that develops this activity according to 100% of the respondents, since it is the Manager who performs it, the staff does not have participation, but does know it. The organization noted that there is no manual of functions or processes, as indicated by 100% of the staff. Regarding the Directorate, 100% of respondents indicate that the Manager is a leader, there is a staff training process, according to 83.33%, and 100% believe that an administrative management model would improve efficiency. In the Control process, 100% state that staff evaluation is done, but not in a technical way. Based on this information, a proposal for an Administrative Management Model is proposed, with the objective of contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative, financial, operational and logistical processes, orienting its managers and workers to a good performance of their functions. The research proposes the respective conclusions and recommendations, in order to improve administrative performance and achieve its objectives and goals, for the benefit of the Catamayo community in the province of Loja. |
