| description | This investigation was done in Migratory Control and Migratory Support Services Unities from Loja and Zamora Chinchipe, whose objective is to determine the organizational environment of public servers and its dimensions: place of work, motivation and evaluation, also processes compliance and objectives accomplished in work performance. Studies from different authors about organizational environment and work performance, and from scientific database as Scielo, Scholar Google, Dialnet, were taken in order to get information about portrayed variables. The methodology applied in this investigation is explanatory and correlational, whose main objective is to determine the relation between two concepts (variables) in this particular case. A survey was applied to 18 public servers, with a questionnaire of 25 items, structured by Likert scale, about organizational environment, which has 3 dimensions and 15 subdimensions. And a questionnaire about working performance, which has 2 dimensions and 10 subdimensions, which measures the grade or intensity of organizational environment and the level of working performance. The structure and the data analysis were done with the measurement and interpretation of the results obtained by the application of the survey and the elaboration of statistic graphics, where the different questions are shown with its answers. The results of the investigation showed that the organizational environment affects directly in working performance. Also, there are dimensions in the environment variable that have a statistically significative relation with working performance variables, resulting a tight relation between these two variables. Keywords: organizational environment, working performance, public servers, motivation, evaluationEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en las Unidades de Control Migratorio y Servicios de Apoyo Migratorio de Loja y Zamora Chinchipe, teniendo como objetivo determinar el clima organizacional de los servidores públicos y sus dimensiones: lugar de trabajo, motivación y evaluación, así como cumplimiento de procesos y logro de objetivos en el desempeño laboral; se tomaron estudios relacionados con el tema de varios autores de conceptos de clima organizacional y desempeño laboral y de bases científicas reconocidas como: Scielo, Google académico, Dialnet, para obtener la información de las variables plasmadas. La metodología aplicada en la presente investigación es de tipo explicativo y correlacional, teniendo como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre dos conceptos (variables) en este caso particular; aplicándose la técnica de encuesta dirigida a 18 servidores públicos, con un cuestionario de 25 ítems estructurado con la escala Likert sobre el clima organizacional que consta de 3 dimensiones y 15 subdimensiones y del mismo modo el cuestionario sobre desempeño laboral que consta de 2 dimensiones y 10 subdimensiones, el que mide la intensidad o grado del clima organizacional como así también el grado o nivel de desempeño laboral. La estructura y análisis de los datos arrojados se realizó con la medición e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación de una encuesta y la elaboración de cuadros estadísticos y gráficos en donde se presentan las diferentes preguntas con sus respuestas. Los descubrimientos del estudio revelaron que el clima organizacional influye directamente en el desempeño laboral, y que existen dimensiones de la variable clima que tienen relación estadísticamente significativa con variables del desempeño laboral, dando como resultado una estrecha relación entre estas dos.
