সংক্ষিপ্ত:Strategic planning today has become a basic overall concept within a company, as this will determine the status of the market and their chances of success over its competitors. It is necessary that every organization has a strategic plan, but sometimes it is thought that the mission and vision of a company, part of the decoration of the reception room. This Strategic Plan helps an organization leaders embody the address you want to give the company, and when this plan is transmitted throughout the organization, it will generate synergies in all staff to obtain their goals. Also, this plan helps each worker to know where you want to go and commit to that destination. For such conditions this thesis general objective: "Make a strategic plan for the company OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA., In the city of Quito, Pichincha province, period 2015-2019 ", so that enables increased its share in the local market. The methodology includes the methods and techniques used for the development of this thesis, between the methods are: scientific, deductive, inductive, descriptive, analytic and synthetic; among the techniques we are: direct observation, literature review, interview with Manager-General and surveys applied to 20 employees and a sample of 255 customers; who with their answers they allowed us to detect internal and external problems facing the company. Then the results of the information gathered, where a thorough analysis of external and internal factors of the company, which identified what were the main opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the company is carried out is presented. Also, from the development of different matrices, they could establish the main strategies to meet the related strategic objectives, with the aim of achieving the vision outlined. Among the results is analyzed as follows: A. Among the specific objectives are: "Making the situation assessment OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA, of Quito. "; B. An EFS analysis (evaluation of external factors) with a weighting of 2.50 that allows to summarize and assess the environmental conditions that can directly influence the company "was performed; "Building the matrix of 5 forces Porter to determine the suppliers, replacement services, competition and customers who will run the service provided"; C. An EFI analysis (evaluation of internal factors), with a weighting of 2.84 accounting for the company's strengths and weaknesses should improve internal thereof was conducted. D. "Execute a SWOT analysis to establish the objectives of the company OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA. and develop strategies "; "Prioritize the strategies according to their importance and particularizarlas"; and "Develop the proposed strategic plan for the company OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA., In the city of Quito. " E. Following the strategic objectives set is as follows: "To determine the corporate image that identifies the company"; "Make Promotional programs to make known the products sold by the company"; "Elaborate design of the boxes of products, in order to improve the trademark"; "Conduct a training plan for employees of the company" OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA. "; and "Establish a plan of motivation and incentives for company personnel". F. Then after detailing the activities and costs of each objective overall budget of all targets is $ 8247.50 US dollars, value that will be entirely funded by the company is established. Finally, the general conclusions of the thesis, the recommendations and the Annexes thereto, format interviews, surveys conducted are presented
