description Strategic planning today has become a basic overall concept within a company, as this will determine the status of the market and their chances of success over its competitors. It is necessary that every organization has a strategic plan, but sometimes it is thought that the mission and vision of a company, part of the decoration of the reception room. This Strategic Plan helps an organization leaders embody the address you want to give the company, and when this plan is transmitted throughout the organization, it will generate synergies in all staff to obtain their goals. Also, this plan helps each worker to know where you want to go and commit to that destination. For such conditions this thesis general objective: "Make a strategic plan for the company OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA., In the city of Quito, Pichincha province, period 2015-2019 ", so that enables increased its share in the local market. The methodology includes the methods and techniques used for the development of this thesis, between the methods are: scientific, deductive, inductive, descriptive, analytic and synthetic; among the techniques we are: direct observation, literature review, interview with Manager-General and surveys applied to 20 employees and a sample of 255 customers; who with their answers they allowed us to detect internal and external problems facing the company. Then the results of the information gathered, where a thorough analysis of external and internal factors of the company, which identified what were the main opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the company is carried out is presented. Also, from the development of different matrices, they could establish the main strategies to meet the related strategic objectives, with the aim of achieving the vision outlined. Among the results is analyzed as follows: A. Among the specific objectives are: "Making the situation assessment OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA, of Quito. "; B. An EFS analysis (evaluation of external factors) with a weighting of 2.50 that allows to summarize and assess the environmental conditions that can directly influence the company "was performed; "Building the matrix of 5 forces Porter to determine the suppliers, replacement services, competition and customers who will run the service provided"; C. An EFI analysis (evaluation of internal factors), with a weighting of 2.84 accounting for the company's strengths and weaknesses should improve internal thereof was conducted. D. "Execute a SWOT analysis to establish the objectives of the company OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA. and develop strategies "; "Prioritize the strategies according to their importance and particularizarlas"; and "Develop the proposed strategic plan for the company OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA., In the city of Quito. " E. Following the strategic objectives set is as follows: "To determine the corporate image that identifies the company"; "Make Promotional programs to make known the products sold by the company"; "Elaborate design of the boxes of products, in order to improve the trademark"; "Conduct a training plan for employees of the company" OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA. "; and "Establish a plan of motivation and incentives for company personnel". F. Then after detailing the activities and costs of each objective overall budget of all targets is $ 8247.50 US dollars, value that will be entirely funded by the company is established. Finally, the general conclusions of the thesis, the recommendations and the Annexes thereto, format interviews, surveys conducted are presented

Es necesario que toda organización cuente con un Plan Estratégico, aunque a veces se piense que la misión y visión de una empresa, forme parte del decorado de la sala de recepciones. Este Plan Estratégico ayuda a que los líderes de una organización plasmen la dirección que le quieren dar a la empresa, y cuando este plan es transmitido hacia toda la organización, ésta generará sinergias en todo el personal para la obtención de sus objetivos. Asimismo, este plan ayuda a que cada trabajador sepa hacia a donde se quiere ir y se comprometa con ese destino. Por tales condiciones la presente tesis tiene como objetivo general: “PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA LA EMPRESA OXIALFARM CIA. LTDA. DE LA CIUDAD DE QUITO PROVINCIA DE PICHINCHA, PERÍODO 2015-2019”, de tal manera que posibilite el incremento de su participación dentro del mercado local. La metodología comprende los métodos y técnicas empleadas para el desarrollo de la presente tesis, entre los métodos tenemos: científico, deductivo, inductivo, descriptivo, analítico y sintético; entre las técnicas tenemos: la observación directa, revisión bibliográfica, entrevista realizada al Gerente-General y las encuestas aplicadas a los 20 empleados y a una muestra de 255 clientes; quienes con sus respuestas permitieron detectar los problemas internos y externos que enfrenta la empresa. Luego se presenta los resultados de la información recopilada, donde se realiza un exhaustivo análisis de los factores externos e internos de la empresa, que permitieron identificar cuáles eran las principales oportunidades, amenazas, fortalezas, y debilidades de la empresa. Asimismo, a partir de la elaboración de diferentes matrices, se pudieron establecer las estrategias principales para cumplir con los objetivos estratégicos correspondientes, con la finalidad de poder alcanzar la visión trazada. Dentro de los resultados se analiza lo siguiente: a.- Dentro de los objetivos específicos tenemos: “Realizar el diagnóstico situacional OXIALFARM CÍA. LTDA., de la ciudad de Quito”; b.- Se realizó un análisis EFE (evaluación de factores externos) con una ponderación de 2.50 que permita resumir y evaluar las condiciones del entorno que pueden influir directamente sobre la empresa”; “Construir la matriz de 5 Fuerzas De Porter para determinar los proveedores, servicios sustitutos, competencia y clientes a quienes va dirigido el servicio que se brinda”; c.- Se realizó un análisis EFI (evaluación de factores internos), con una ponderación de 2.84 que representa para la empresa más fortalezas y que deben mejorar las debilidades internas de la misma. d.- Se ejecutó un análisis FODA que permita establecer los objetivos de la empresa OXIALFARM CÍA. LTDA. y desarrollar las estrategias”; “Priorizar las líneas estratégicas de acuerdo a su importancia y particularizarlas”; y “Formular la propuesta de plan estratégico para la empresa OXIALFARM CÍA. LTDA., de la ciudad de Quito”. e.- A continuación se detallaron los objetivos estratégicos que se plantean: “Determinar la imagen corporativa que la identifique a la empresa”; “Realizar programas publicitarios que permitan hacer conocer los productos que comercializa la empresa”; “Elaborar el diseño de las cajas de los productos, con el fin de mejorar la marca comercial”; y, “Realizar un plan de capacitación a los empleados de la empresa “OXIALFARM CÍA. LTDA”. f.- Posteriormente y luego de detallar las actividades y costos de cada objetivo se establece el presupuesto global de todos los objetivos que es de $8.247,50 dólares, valor que en su totalidad será financiado por la empresa.
