| Resumo: | Domestic violence refers to any action or behavior within the family environment that can cause physical, psychological, or emotional harm to one or more family members, among adolescents this type of violence impacts their overall well-being and their ability to establish and maintain healthy social relationships, which are essential for building their identity, acquiring social skills, and fostering a sense of belonging within their social environment. The present research identified the main psychological effects experienced by adolescents as a result of domestic violence, as well as describing the factors that influence interpersonal relationships among adolescents, likewise an informative guide on domestic violence was designed; a systematic review with a qualitative, descriptive, correlational, non-experimental, and crosssectional approach was conducted, encompassing scientific articles published between 2019 and 2024 in databases such as: Scielo, ScienceDirect, Liberabit, Dialnet, Redalyc, where the PRISMA Flow Diagram was used, based on inclusion criteria a sample of nine scientific articles was established which studied a total of 11 325 adolescents. The results establish that the psychological afflictions are alterations that affect the mental, social, and emotional well-being of adolescents; furthermore, adolescents' interpersonal relationships are influenced by a variety of factors that interact with one another, which can be either internal or external, and these factors can either facilitate or hinder the development of healthy relationships. In conclusion, domestic violence has a negative effect on adolescents' interpersonal relationships, affecting their ability to establish healthy connections with family members, friends and other individuals in their social environment |
