For development the tourist activity involves the participation of the human being with the nature, the coexistence with other cultures, the knowledge of the idiosyncrasy of the towns, these elements make that the tourist activity is developed in the present time. The Canton El Chaco has several natural and cultural tourist sites, which make the canton unique to develop tourist activities, for this reason it has been proposed the design of a tourist guide for the promotion and diffusion of the tourist attractions, which will allow to make known the tourist attractions that the canton owns to tourists. The elaboration of a tourist guide will make known the tourist offer that has the canton El Chaco and at the same time increase the views of the tourists, in this tourist guide, it details attractive information with photographs, characteristics and activities that can be realized in the place In the development of this project, a general objective was set out, which is "DESIGN OF A TOURIST GUIDE, BY IMPLEMENTING INVENTORY SHEETS BY THE MINISTRIES OF TOURISM AND CULTURE, TO PROMOTE THE NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES OF CANTÓN EL CHACO, and PROVINCE OF NAPO ". Likewise, 3 specific objectives were proposed in order to achieve the general objective: to carry out an inventory of the natural and cultural resources of the canton El Chaco to design a tourist guide, using the inventory records of the Ministry of Tourism.
