The study was descriptive, prospective, qualitative. The methodology was applied to a clinical case in a 4 year-old boy that I enter to the service of Pediatrics with Medical Diagnosis of Intoxication alimentary more Dehydration Degree II. It was obtained as results, diagnoses male nurses NANDA I: Ineffective administration of the own health related with conflict of decisions manifested for in their daily life he/she makes ineffective elections to reach the objectives of health (Code 00078), infection Risk related with increase of the environmental exhibition to agents patógeno (Code 00004), nutritional Imbalance: smaller ingesta to the necessities related with psychological factors manifested by aversion to eat (Code 00002), Deficit of volume of liquids related with important loss of the volume of liquids manifested by dryness of mucous (Code 00027), Diarrhea related with infectious process manifested by elimination of at least 3 depositions liquidate a day (Code 00013), I Deteriorate of the social interaction related with significant people's absence manifested by interaction disfuncional with the other ones (Code 00052), Anxiety related with situational crisis manifested by edginess (Code 00146), same that guided the infirmary actions.
