सारांश:The present thesis called: LAND ART TO IMPROVE THE FIELD OF ARTISTIC UNDERSTANDING AND EXPRESSION IN HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN OF THE FILOMENA MORA DE CARRIÓN BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2019 - 2020, had as general objective: To determine if The Land Art technique helps improve the scope of understanding and artistic expression in high school children. The research was based on a field design, based on a study; exploratory and descriptive with a mixed approach; qualitative quantitative. Among the methods used in the investigative process were: the scientific, analytical-synthetic and statistical. The techniques and instruments used were: the survey of high school teachers and the observation guide, based on the skills of the education curriculum, the sample was selected under a non-probabilistic criterion, made up of 28 high school children between 5 to 6 years and 2 teachers. The data obtained in the initial diagnosis revealed that 67% of the children presented difficulties in the field of understanding and artistic expression, in order to solve this problem an alternative proposal was designed and executed, called “Learning with Land Art”. After the intervention, the post test was applied, in which it was found that the results obtained at the beginning of the investigation decreased to 22%. It is concluded that the Land Art technique is an innovative learning methodology that contributes to the construction of knowledge in a dynamic, participatory and inclusive way, as it is based on the exploration of the environment in an autonomous and collective way.
