| Gaia: | The present thesis is based on the work game, which favours the affective and cognitive development of children of initial education II of Alonso de Mercadillo school of the city of Loja, in the academic term 2017-2018, emphasizing on the daily behaviour presented by students in classrooms and the conduct that each one of the students shows in the teaching-learning process. This research has as general objective, to establish the relationship between work game, and the affective and cognitive development on children of Initial Education II. This is a descriptive-type study, of transversal cut and cuasi experimental design, in which methods as the scientific method, the historicallogical, the analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, comprehensive, of diagnostic, of model and of scoring, so then on this account as technique the observation file and the survey were taken into account. The sample was of 45 students, which ones when applying the pre-test, I could realize that children do not play but being guided by their teachers; on the contrary, that after applying the pro-test and according to the results there was a change where children play and work better-directed by teachers; in which it is concluded that the alternative proposal had such vital importance and a great difference is noted with the proposed activities getting a very meaningful outcome. |
