Proyecto de factibilidad para la implementación de una Lavadora y Lubricadora Vehicular en la Ciudad de Catacocha, Provincia de Loja

This project carried out a feasibility analysis for the implementation of a vehicular washer and lubricator Catacocha in the city of Loja Province, in order to contribute to business development. Initially started with the realization of market research which was developed in the city of Catacocha through field research (survey / interview), the same that allowed real information demand and existing supply, achieving determine the unmet for providing the service fleet of the town as this will be the market segment to which the service is directed. With the data obtained from market research we proceeded to the preparation of the technical study, which made it possible to determine the installed and used capacity, resulting to be able to offer 2792 annual services. Importantly, the company will be located in the neighborhood "Los Jazmines", it should be emphasized that in this place the offices of the company since the service to offer him perform the same place is. The business organization was performed according to the legal principles of company law, the same shall be in the form of limited company, given that this type of company offers all necessary for those who are associated in business guarantees quality. Subsequently, the Financial Study in which the project investment, requiring of $ 33,779.92 to $ initiation set was performed. For sources of funding for this project exists a loan from the Bank of Loja credit which amount represents 68% of the investment of $ 23,000.00 US dollars being with an interest rate of 12%, while the remaining 32% will be financed as equity which is $ 10,779. The unit price for service is $ 32 with a margin of 20% giving a retail price of $ 39, the revenue estimate for the first year is $ 108,888.00 US dollars, the breakeven point for the first year according to the installed capacity it is 71.86% and depending on sales of $ 78,251.21. 5 The financial evaluation presents the following results: Net Present Value (NPV) of the project is $ 29,694.15 US dollars, which ensures an increase in the value of the company at the end of the life of the project. Moreover the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 25.83% being satisfactory value for this realization. The benefit cost is $ 1.22 US dollars, an indicator that supports the project, and that for every dollar invested earnings of 0.22 cents is received. On the other hand it should be noted that the investment will pay off in the conditions that the project aims at 1 year 9 months and 7 days. With regard to sensitivity analysis it is the following: an increase in the cost of the project is 11.40% insensitive and yields a result of 0.99436643 and a decrease in revenues from the 11.30% project is not sensitive and results 0.9880228. So we conclude that the project is feasible and can be put in place. After completing the studies, conclusions and recommendations according to the results obtained with the preparation of this project it was determined. Conclusions were reached as to determine that the project is viable to have a demand for the service offered by the technology that can be implemented by the available investment be financed and established financial indicators. One of the main recommendations is that the project remains viable, you need to make a strong advertising campaign in order to raise awareness of the service car wash and lubrication.
