| Gaia: | The management of Human Talent is considered an important resource for the achievement of objectives and the success of the organization in companies; therefore, the general objective of this research is to design the Human Talent Management Process for the “AVENTURA” Tourist Center, in the city of Huaquillas, El Oro Province; the research was conducted through an analytical-deductive study to examine general aspects of the behavior of human talent and thus, to reach specific conclusions; with a qualitative approach, useful to understand social conflicts; in this sense, the type of research is exploratory- descriptive. Techniques such as surveys, interviews, questionnaires and direct observation were used for the collection of accurate and timely information. As a result, it was found that there is a little inadequate performance of employees, sometimes due to lack of knowledge of the activities to be performed and, in turn, the negative causes that may arise in the long term by maintaining certain informality in the company, in relation to human talent management processes. In addition, the study aims to generate a comprehensive view of how small companies can establish and continuously develop a human talent management process, regardless of their line of business, as evidenced in each of the phases that constitute this work, thus concluding that establishing such a process, adapted to the needs of each organization, is effective against the weaknesses that may arise throughout the stay in the company. |
