Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | In this thesis topic as a global goal was intended to carry out a legal, doctrinal and conceptual study of the legal concept of incitement to suicide, because to know and understand the peculiarity of that offense. And in the specific sense, the goals I set me ask, answer first: the make a proposal to reform the Penal Code of Integral addressed to criminalize and punish the figure of incitement to suicide; second, carry out a legal, doctrinal study compared the offense incitement to suicide; third, demonstrate the impunity by failing to criminalize the offense of incitement to suicide. In relation to the size sample that knew used to conduct this research work, he was treated in the city of Loja, resorting to lawyers, through the application of methods and research techniques such as surveys and interviews, same that were vital for the implementation of research. Upon completion of the research it has been able to conclude that the Constitution and international treaties guarantee the right to the sanctity of life; but our Comprehensive Organic Penal Code does not meet the guarantor character of rights by not providing legal concept of incitement to suicide. And indeed I recommend that the rules of lower rank to the Constitution and international treaties must be in harmony, so it is necessary to typify the figure of incitement to suicide; that by typing this legal commission thereof it is prevented, and therefore the attempt on the life. |
