Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa dedicada a la crianza de pollos de engorde y su comercialización en la ciudad de nueva loja, provincia de sucumbíos

Nowadays, due to the crisis, there is a clear decrease in the productive area in the city of Nueva Loja, preventing sustainable economic development, making it impossible to compete with other provinces of the country. The present feasibility study was developed in the city mentioned above, with the objective of presenting the proposal for the creation of a company dedicated to the raising of broilers and their commercialization in this geographical area. In addition, new sources of employment will be created, collaborating with the economic and social development to the most important cell of the society that is the families. For that we use the analytical, deductive, inductive, statistical and synthetic method also the techniques of observation, bibliographical and survey; Which have been used to gather information, in order to determine the market, technical, administrative and financial study; In addition to the economic and financial evaluation, through the different evaluation criteria, as well as the respective environmental and social impact assessment. The market study was conducted in the City of Nueva Loja, Sucumbios specifically to the families of new Loja; Tabulated surveys were analyzed 378 to determine effective demand resulting in the first year 2659420 pounds of chicken. The Offer is 345048 pounds and the Unsatisfied Demand is 2314373 pounds of chicken. The project engineering was developed determining process diagrams, operational and management characteristics, technical requirements such as equipment, installations, furniture and appliances. Likewise, an administrative study was carried out, determined as a Limited Liability Company, with its respective functional organizational structure at the hierarchical levels: Legislative, Executive, Adviser, Auxiliary Level of Support, Operational Level, as well as function manuals and organizational charts; Which were used to implement a good organization, since the following personnel will be employed: Manager, Secretary - Contadora who will be part of the Administrative staff, 1 Legal Advisor as part of the Advisory staff, in the operational staff is distributed as follows: 2 workers, 1 winemaker and 1 salesman. The project reaches an investment of 187820 dollars and will be financed with a contribution of the partners of 46.76% of the total investment corresponding to $ 109,312.76 dollars and a loan that will maintain in BanEcuador will constitute 30% corresponding to $ 32,793, $ 83 to 10 year term with an interest rate of 11.26% per annum. The financial evaluation presents the following results: According to the NPV of the present project gives a positive value of $67,112.15 dollars, indicating that the project or investment is feasible. For the present project the IRR is 22.91%; Being this satisfactory value to realize the project, the time that would be required to recover the original investment would be 4 years, 1 month and 15 days, for the present project, the values of sensitivity are smaller than one, therefore, do not affect the Project changes in costs can be increased 10% and revenues decreased by 8%, respectively, ie the project is not sensitive to these changes.
