Summary:The present research entitled PROPOSAL OF METHODOLOGICAL EXERCISES FOR THE TEACHING OF STARTING IN CHILDREN (9) YEARS OF AGE STARTING THE PRACTICE OF WEIGHT LIFTING. Central problem that manifested in this investigation was; How to contribute with metrological exercises for boot training in 9-year-old boys and girls who train weightlifting at Napo Provincial Sports Federation? For this purpose we propose the following general objective: To design a methodological guide based on the characterization of the technical actions for the teaching of the boot in children of 19 years of age who train the lifting of weights in the Provincial Sports Federation of Napo. During the investigation, theoretical methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, hypothetico-deductive, among the empirical methods were used: observation, surveys, document review and description, which allowed us to achieve the objectives And tasks mapped out as a guide and guiding the entire investigative process, the sample consisted of 23 children and 3 weightlifting trainers. The results obtained show an improvement in the use of the technical system in boys and girls of 9 years of age, with a greater understanding on the part of the athletes when facing each task both in training and in The competitions with excellent results, it becomes obvious that these results and their systematization can become a real tool for weightlifting coaches who work with categories of initiation and technical training.
