Summary:The present thesis was carried out at the Coca Cola Distributor Company of Loja, with the purpose of analyzing the Human Talent Management Department, according to current situation. According to all mentioned information the solution about the Human Talent Management has been proposed, due to that the workers should be the main objective into the company. The deductive method has been applied beginning from general data of current situation, in order to establish the real difficulties. The admission process and employment and valuation of Positions jobs had been analyzed through analytic method and observation technics, interviews and surveys had been applied in order to gather data. The information’s synthesis permits to know that the creation of a Human Talent Department is very important, which will manage the admission and employment process, Valuation of positions job and attend to the people’s requirements who work in the company.
