Ética y calidad de atención de enfermería a pacientes y usuarios del distrito 11DO2-Catamayo

The present investigation on "Ethics and quality of nursing care to patients and users of the Distrito 11DO2 - Catamayo " considering that the opinion of this population sector is an essential aspect in the evaluation of nursing service , thus becoming nurses in the main reflection for providing quality care and warmth. The type of study was descriptive, that is, the data provided by the nursing staff and users allowed to describe the current situation of nursing care , as it appears in reality in this case, how it develops today. Techniques and instruments for data collection were used as is the survey that was applied to nurses working in different health posts and interview to those people who attended the service preparation, vaccination and post consultation, which information is proceeded to get tabular results in order to reach conclusions and recommendations. Also proceeded to make and implement the proposal of this research , to nurses , to implement this information guide in their daily work , to meet the user and avoid not to feel both worried and dissatisfied users as the nurse . Once the research was completed concluded that nurses who work in different health posts if you have knowledge and put into practice.
