Sammanfattning:This thesis called; "Market Study for the Production and Marketing of a New Product" Nougat Chocolate ", the Association El Porvenir in the cantón of Lago Agrio, Sucumbíos, 2015, came the need to meet the existing unmet demand in the market, therefore, the object of study was planned to determine the supply and demand of nougat in the cantón Lago Agrio, Sucumbíos province. The launch of the new line of confectionery, allowed to investigate, discovering important phenomena study using different methods and techniques that research permits as inductive, deductive, statistical and technical direct observation, surveys and population and sample , of which led to the conclusion with the proposed research. Of the different variables of market study the following results were obtained. In the market study to an Economically Active Population 44,348 inhabitants 2015, with a sample of 381 surveys to demand and 112 to commercial bidders, which were analyzed and tabulated these results to determine consumer demand called; 33,966 study potential demand, real demand 23,776, per capita consumption of 19.10 dollars in the United States of America, effective demand 336,088, of which have an average annual purchase of 1,275 units. Theofferis of 171,600 units, and theunmet demand is 164,488 annually. Within the marketing plan 4 "p", the product form and feature presentation, average selling price USD 0.25 0.30 United States of America, direct distribution to stores and commissaries, print advertising, internet, media analyzes (Radio). Marketing strategies 4 "p" product, internal material designs, types of promotions, distribution channels and advertising in several places. annual budget of marketing strategies in 32,436. dollars of the United States of America, and the structural plan of action with their respective functions. With the results of the study object unsatisfied demand nougat existing chocolate in the Lago Agrio Canton it is evident, so its implementation is recommended within the Association, which would generate an important contribution to the change of the productive matrix producing new products in this way would be boosting the local and national economy and associates.
