Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The present research work called "Management of water resources for sustainable tourism, in the accommodation service of the El Padmi Experimental Station, of the National University of Loja", has as its general objective to strengthen the use of water resources in the accommodation service for sustainable tourism of the "El Padmi" Experimental Station. To meet the general objective, the following specific objectives were proposed: to evaluate the current state of the water resource in the accommodation service, through the sustainable development indicators, a field sheet was filled out where all the accommodation infrastructure is determined; an interview was conducted, with the information an analysis was made on the availability and conservation of water and wastewater treatment; for the water quality indicator, a water sampling was carried out; surveys were applied to determine the perception of visitors about the station's water; the second objective: Propose a sustainable management model of the water resource in the accommodation service of the El Padmi Experimental Station, where the adapted water management model was used; in system one, information from objective one was located; In system two, the proposal was analyzed and the sustainable management of the water resource was determined, and in system three, the budget to carry out the proposal was analyzed. Among the main results, an approximate water consumption of 350.36 liters per person/day was obtained; the results from the laboratory are within the established criteria, that is, the water from Padmi is suitable for recreational use in primary contact; the station has a first-level treatment system for wastewater; in conclusion, with the proposed model for the management of the water resource, it is intended to contribute to sustainable tourism in the accommodation service of the Experimental Station “El Padmi”. |
