Yhteenveto: | The proposed investigation was guided to the application of positive reinforcements to optimize the development cognitive of the students of A fourth parallel grade of the Elementary Basic Sublevel , of Basic General Education of the fiscal school "Gabriela Mistral N° 1". had as general objective, to apply positive reinforcements that allow to optimize the development cognitive in the students. The study was of pre-experimental, traverse, explanatory type and of field. In the development of the investigative process it was necessary the use of the deductive method, the inductive method, the analytic method, the synthetic method and the direct observation. the inductive method, the analytic method, the synthetic method and the direct observation. It was used the survey like technique and the questionnaire like instrument; that was applied to the educational one and the 40 students of the fourth grade, to obtain information about the positive reinforcements and the progress that the students reach as for the development cognitive. The investigation universe was conformed by 41 human distributed talents in the following way: an educational one and forty students. The main results are centered in that the educational one uses little the positive reinforcements due to the ignorance of the same ones; the alone students recognize a minimum percentage of positive reinforcements; the educational one if he/she has knowledge of the development cognitive, but ignores the stage of concrete operations for which the students are crossing, reason for which the activities that it proposes in the classroom are not guided to optimize the development cognitive; the students don't have a characteristic behavior of 9 year-old children as for the development cognitive and they have difficulties to solve exercises of concrete operations. At the end of the study you concludes that the educational one uses in a minimum percentage positive reinforcements in a technical way, for their ignorance on this topic. It is recommended to the educational of the institution a qualification on how the positive reinforcements are applied to optimize the development cognitive |
