Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa comercializadora de comida para mascotas (pro-can) en el sector de Pomasqui al norte de la ciudad de Quito

The project to implement is: "PROJECT OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A COMPANY COMERCIALIZADORA OF EATEN FOR MASCOT (PRO-DOG) IN THE SECTOR DE POMASQUI TO THE NORTH OF THE CITY OF I REMOVE", the same one that contributes to the development of the city. To determine the feasibility of the project it was fulfilled the objectives proposed as first objective the market study it is described by means of the field investigation, using technical of scientific investigation as: bibliographical, observation, surveys and interviews, the same ones that allowed to obtain trustworthy information related with the demand and the offer, what allowed to determine the unsatisfied demand of 574108 kg. of having balanced in the year of study. In the technical study the size of the company is determined that will have an installed capacity of 194400 kg. of having balanced that it is equal to 6480 cases of 30 kilograms. the company will be located in the Sector from Pomasqui to the north of the city of I remove, in the streets José Enríquez Guerrero and Republic. The artificial and administrative organization was carried out applying the juridical principles that it demands the law, and the manual of functions was determined for each one of the existent work positions in the company, likewise he/she was carried out the social reason as company of limited company "My Mascot Cia.. Ltda"; the same one that contributed with 3 work positions in the labor market when executing the project. For the implementation of the project an investment of $ is required 20.930,46 dollars, 42,67% will be financed by capital characteristic of the company and 57,33 remaining% that it is equal to 12.000,00 dollars were requested a credit to the National Bank of Development with an interest rate of 11,20%. The total cost for the first year will be of 205157,57 and the unitary cost of 39,58 dollars. The selling price to the public will be of 43,54 with an utility of 10%; the same one that will allow to have an entrance for sales of 225700,99 with an utility liquidates of 12939,28 dollars. He/she also thinks about the financial evaluation in order to knowing how feasible it is the project, where the Current Net (VAN) Value is calculated that ascends at $ 74650,47 the Internal Rate of Return (TIR) 67,99 bigger% to the opportunity rate; the relationship Benefits Cost (RB /C) it is of $1.10, the Period of Recovery of Capital (PR / C) is achieved in 1 years, 9 months and 26 days, the analysis of sensibility is evidenced that the project allows an increment of 6,88% in the costs and 6,22 decrease% in the revenues. Finishing this way that the project is feasible since the indicators of the financial evaluation to if they demonstrate it
