Opis
Streszczenie:Currently, solar energy is the most environmentally friendly and cleanest method of producing energy, which is why the following research focused on the design of a photovoltaic system for the generation of electricity in a single-family house. The general objective was to design a photovoltaic generation system for a single-family house located in the city of Zaruma. Moreover, as specific objectives: to analyze the electrical demand of the house; to design a photovoltaic generation system for the house; to dimension a thermosolar system for the use of the house and to carry out an economic study. The family's hot water consumption and the month of their highest electricity consumption were used to quantify the energy demand., the energy demand was quantified. Subsequently, with the help of PVsyst 7.1 software, the average radiation and temperature of the place was obtained. The information obtained allowed the design of the photovoltaic and solar thermal system for the generation of electricity and domestic hot water. The design of the proposed photovoltaic system consists of 1 string with 3 monocrystalline solar panels connected in series, with a maximum power of 330 Wp each; an ABB inverter with a power of 1500 W was also used, which allows converting direct current into alternating current for the use of the house The family's hot water consumption and the month of their highest electricity consumption were used to quantify the energy demand. Finally, an economic study was carried out for the proposed systems, where it was found that the photovoltaic system is not profitable. Key words: electric energy, solar energy, energy demand, photovoltaic system, solar thermal system.
