| Tóm tắt: | The study was intended to determine the "Failure to vaccination in children under two users of the health center" Luxembourg "Macas" techniques of observation and survey was conducted, the sample comprised 52 children who fail to comply the vaccination schedule. The research design was cross-sectional, descriptive, bibliographic and field fixed. As a result it was found that the greatest number of mothers who fail to comply are teenagers with 46.15%, including 11.54% are under 15 years of ethnic mixed in 65.38% of secondary education in 67.31% of urban origin the 69.23% as predominant occupation housework with 34.61%. Failure in children 18 to 24 months is 10.00% in the second and third doses, SR 15.00%, SRP and Yellow Fever 20.00%, 30.00% Varicella, Influenza 45.00% and reinforcements of OPV and DPT 100%. In children 12 to 16 months breach of 9.09% to the first, second and third doses, 18.18% in the third of pneumococcus, 72.72% in the SR, the 81.82% in the SRP, Yellow Fever and Chickenpox is evident finally 100% in influenza. In children 6 to 11 months the breach is of 28.57% in the second and third doses, 85.71% to the third of pneumococcus and 95.24% in the Influenza. The main cause of failure is lack of vaccine with 57.69%. It is concluded that as the scheme progresses failure is increased, reinforcements recorded 100% of default, the main cause of failure is the lack of vaccine.
