The principle is that the solar rays that affect the refracting surface are reflected to a point of the parable (focus) which will house a pot painted black, a point which will receive the heat energy which made the cooking of food, that are within the pot. This thesis will determine which of all the kitchens built in the area of energy industries and non-renewable resources is the best taking into account the factors of efficiency, durability and economic acceptability and in turn be given the beneficiary families in Sector Chaquino with this project, in which are embedded Loja National University through the Department of Energy, industry and Non-Renewable Natural Resources with Electromechanical Engineering Degree and the Ministry of Industries and productivity MIPRO and Families belonging to the Cantonal Union of Peasant Organizations of Zapotillo UCOCZ. |
