Etiketle | Özet: | The actual social situation of the city of Loja, which fronts social problems such as sub –employment, unemployment, and lack of employment opportunities, greatly worry to the governmental institutions which are working on finding a solution to these problems. For this purpose, we made an analysis of the entorno laboral and studio de factibilidad in which we demonstrate that it is needed to create a Bolsa Social de Trabajo. This project has a 93% acceptation, as demonstrated in the results of the studio de factibilidad applied to the economically active population becoming a new employment for the economically active population. An overall plan, which includes new possible employments, is proposed and possibly taken into consideration by public institutions such us: GAD, governmental institutions, and other institutions; for this reason, it is important that a Bolsa Social de Trabajo will be created. This proposes is directed to the Gobierno Autònomo Descentralizado Municipal de Loja as a contribution to the socio economico development of the city of Loja. |
