Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The present research work was carried out in the city of Loja, with the main objective of presenting a proposal for the implementation of a company dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of soybean wax candles in the city of Loja. The complete analysis of the project requires the accomplishment of the specific objectives: market, technical, administrative and financial study. In order to carry out the research, the following methodology was used: the deductive method allowed to obtain valid conclusions determining whether or not the implementation of the company is viable, and the inductive method allowed us to gather information through the surveys to determine the tastes and Preferences. In the results a survey was applied to the applicants (pharmacies, spas and naturist centers) and suppliers of the City of Loja and Cuenca. In which the potential, real, effective demand was analyzed, giving us to know what our potential customers would be, and the unsatisfied demand that exists in the market. Regarding the supply, the direct competition of the companies was studied. In the discussion the market study was carried out, where the unsatisfied demand for 12.267 units of 100gr candles was established for the first year, after which the marketing plan, price, place and advertising of the product were established. The technical study details the size of the plant: where the capacity used is 23.84% of the installed capacity, and the location of the company will be located in the Barrio San Pedro, in the streets of Brazil and Mexico, City of Loja; In the legal administrative study, the company will be legally constituted as Unipersonal Limited Liability Company, its corporate name will be "VELAS RELAX" U.E.R.L. Also detailed are the organizational charts and their respective manuals of functions; The financial study indicates the investment needed to implement the project, which is $ 13.750,68 dollars. Finally, the financial evaluation of the project was carried out to establish the feasibility of the project and its execution, for which the following variables were analyzed: cash flow, net present value (NPV) with a value of $ 4.397,13 (TIR) with 14,22%, the benefit / cost ratio (RBC) is 0.13, meaning that for each dollar invested the company earns 13 cents, and the capital recovery period ( PRC) will be in 2 years, 6 months and 18 days; The sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports a 1,78% increase in costs and a decrease in revenues with 1,58, with a result of 0.99 which indicated that the project is favorable. All these studies allowed to present the conclusions and recommendations that were reached at the end of the work, attaching the bibliography consulted with their respective annexes. |
