Ecuador is a country that has used the marketing plan in order to improve opportunities for economic, tourism development and quality of life of its inhabitants, therefore currently looking for new ways to market implying adjustment strategies at national and international markets. This thesis project titled MARKETING PLAN OF CANTON PALTAS gastronomic route avocados, Loja province "has been basically prepared to set strategies that can be taken into account, to disseminate best gastronomy of the canton, together with its tourist attractions. It has been evident in the Canton Paltas limited the presence of professionals in this field, hence the strategies and plans, marketing that have been developed have been empirically, why has not obtained the best results. Currently the promotion of the canton is generally evidenced by the website that counts Canton, there is more a marketing plan that focuses directly to its cuisine, which is why this present thesis project was proposed to facilitate strategies allow to develop a better gastronomic tourism benefiting the inhabitants of the canton improving their living standards. To carry out this research, it was raised as General objective: MARKETING PLAN OF THE CULINARY ROUTE CANTON PALTAS, Loja province to comply with it, the following specific objectives were set: Perform a diagnosis of the current situation the gastronomic route Paltas canton, Province of Loja; Propose a tourism marketing plan for the gastronomic route of avocados Canton, Province of Loja and Marketing Plan Socialize with the Canton. To meet the above objectives the following methodology is proposed: in the meeting the first target will be featured backup information from books, magazines, brochures, among others who helped to have general information about the gastronomy and more informative data Canton avocados served to make the diagnosis, besides technical survey, the same as was applied to the inhabitants of Canton avocado and served to develop this project was used in addition SWOT analysis which could 5 identify strategies to be developed formulate the proposal of this research work. To fulfill the second objective SWOT matrix, which was developed in the above objective and raised each of the strategies to develop the marketing plan plan that is developed in the same was used. To fulfill the third objective was used the deductive method, the same that was used to synthesize and collectivize designed marketing plan proposal for the Canton gastronomy. The diagnosis was made accessible, because he had the resources, time availability and bibliographical sources documentaries and direct support of the Canton Paltas thus verifying the work done. After making the corresponding diagnoses and propose strategies for the marketing plan it has reached the following conclusions: there is no marketing plan Canton gastronomy avocados; so that tourists and visitors overlook tasting the typical cuisine of the place, there is also a limited advertising and dissemination of the cuisine of Canton Paltas has not allowed its gastronomic development, why in marketing strategies considers the design of a triptych showing an overview of the canton and the dishes that this canton has to offer tourists and visitors, and staff working in the Canton Paltas dining establishments, they are not trained in customer service. It is recommended to finish at the Canton Paltas run this thesis project for the Canton avocados and parishes there a marketing plan for its gastronomy, which is necessary for the Autonomous Government of the Canton avocados together with the Ministry of Tourism conduct ongoing training to persons working in the tourism sector, customer service, so they are ready to solve problems facing a great demand of tourists; and shall also establish promotional and advertising to promote tourism in the sector programs, and thus eliminate the existing occasional tourist demand. |
